01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 44bd ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by 44bd at 44bd.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the 44bd platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered members, and active players. If you are using 44bd on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

44bd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

02 Eligibility

To use 44bd, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 44bd or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 44bd for any reason.

44bd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension until verification is complete. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be voided at 44bd's discretion.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 44bd, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 44bd. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — are prohibited. 44bd uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 44bd will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 44bd reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, terms violations, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 44bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No international payment methods or cryptocurrency transactions are currently supported.

• The minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 44bd may apply limits at its discretion for security purposes.
• Deposits are credited to your 44bd account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. You cannot withdraw to a different account or payment method without completing additional verification.
• The payment method used must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where the account holder of the payment method is not the same as the 44bd account holder — are strictly prohibited.
• 44bd does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. 44bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents before releasing any withdrawal.

Any funds deposited on 44bd must be used for gaming purposes. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing them without placing bets — commonly known as "money cycling" — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

44bd offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on 44bd:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 44bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly without meeting the stated wagering requirements.
• If 44bd determines that a player has attempted to abuse a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any other method — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Free spins and other non-cash bonuses are subject to the same general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

44bd makes no guarantee that any particular bonus or promotion will be available at any given time. Promotional offers are at the sole discretion of 44bd and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 44bd are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once a bet is submitted, it is final.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, 44bd will attempt to resolve the round based on the game server's recorded state. The game server result is considered final in all disputes.
• 44bd is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's internet connection issues, device failures, or power outages during active gameplay.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before a bet is placed.
• All game outcomes on 44bd are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Results are not influenced by previous outcomes, account history, or any other external factor.

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact 44bd support within 72 hours of the disputed round. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated. 44bd's decision on all game disputes is final.

07 Responsible Gaming

44bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their activity on the platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings at any time.

• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Deposit limits, once set, take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• 44bd will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to access the platform. However, it is the player's responsibility to refrain from attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 44bd and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the 44bd platform or negatively affects other players' experience.

44bd monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 44bd reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including permanent account closure and legal action where appropriate.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 44bd platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 44bd or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 44bd platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on 44bd without prior written permission.

The 44bd name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of 44bd. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

44bd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• 44bd is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.
• 44bd is not responsible for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of 44bd shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 44bd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data

44bd collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
